Ordering info and warranties ORDERING INFO We accept all orders by charge card only. Our regrets and apologies for the inconvenience. But some patrons did not follow through with orders by check or money order and this forced us to make this change. You will get an email with an order number and order confirmation, so please look for it in you remail folders. We ship within 5 days of order. Usually much sooner if not busy. Please do not email us with: where is my order? We usually do not answer these if we have shipped already and the item is in transit. All UPS orders are automatically sent tracking numbers from UPS. We are usually very busy in a bonsai day. When we process your order, we use new boxes, and the best of shipping materials and techniques for shippig your bonsai or bonsai products to you safely. WARRANTIES Our products come shipped to you with a simple warranty. You can return the item or bonsai to us for any reason within 7 days for a full cost refund less the shipping and handling fees. Or we will replace if directed. Our unique bonsai trees are sent like the one ordered in the picture and will be trimmed when sent out or a similar tree is sent when we say typical for the less expensive bonsai.
